- Search for "Public Welfare Volunteer Platform" mini-program on WeChat. Register an account by authorizing WeChat nickname and avatar. Copy the account code (User code: vol_xxxxxxxxxxx) from "My" - "Settings" in the mini-program.

2. Read and agree to the "Public Welfare Volunteer Platform Service Agreement."

- Read and sign the "Public Welfare Volunteer Platform Service Agreement". Signatures and official seals or organizational contract seals should be placed on the last page and on the stitches. Send the completed agreement to the Tencent Technology Public Welfare Project Team.
